Cricins was born from a simple conviction: talent exists in every corner of Sri Lanka, and every young player's hard work deserves to be seen.
The Journey
"Who is going to notice them?"
In 2022, while following junior cricket in Sri Lanka—especially Division 3 tournaments—we noticed extraordinary young players giving everything on the field with almost zero digital visibility. We believed that whether a child becomes an international star or not, their dedication deserves recognition.

Player Stories
We began spotlighting fifties, 5-wicket hauls, and match-winning spells. That simple effort grew into a nationwide movement with over 6,000 player performance stories, extending deep into outstation and rural grounds across all 25 districts where undiscovered raw talent thrives.
A scorecard shows runs and wickets, but not the sacrifice, the parents' support, or the dream. Through School Cricket Stars and Cricins Originals, we moved beyond numbers to share the real human journeys, filmed interviews, and photo documentaries.
Recognizing that players need pathways, we expanded Cricins into a unified ecosystem connecting quality academies, dedicated coaches, parents seeking guidance, and trusted equipment providers.
